Orders are processed within 1 to 3 days.

Our online returns policy is 14 days from receipt of delivery. If 14 days have passed since receiving your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please fill in the returns form which you will receive with your purchase.  All returns must be sent by a recorded delivery service with tracking and scanning.  Martha Jaynes do not accept any liability for goods lost or damaged in transit while being returned.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 days.

Click and Collect

If you have chosen click and collect in store as your delivery option your order will be available to collect from 10 am the following day.

We will hold your item in store for 7 days.  After this period has passed we will refund you for your items minus a 10% service charge if your purchase has not been collected.

Please bring a copy of your order confirmation email. This also applies if someone is picking up the order on your behalf.  

Late refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take 3-4 banking days before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
